This page explains how users of SEQUENCE by Sequence Pure Peptides can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

In-app deletion (when available)

Where account-deletion functionality is available within the SEQUENCE app, you may also initiate deletion from the applicable account or settings section. If you cannot find an in-app option, use the email request method above.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize:

• Your SEQUENCE account and authentication identifiers
• Profile information associated with your account
• Research logs, vial inventory records, notes, and other user-entered App data linked to your account
• Alert and reminder preferences associated with your account

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Information that temporarily remains in backups or security systems will remain subject to appropriate protections and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Processing time

Deletion requests will be processed in accordance with applicable law and within a reasonable period after verification. You will receive confirmation by email when the request has been completed, where feasible.
